Carver Redevelopment Authority Awaits Land Court Ruling on Green Business Park

Developer George McLaughlin, in written updates dated February 27, told the board that a motion for summary judgment has been argued before the court and a decision is pending, while state legislation to transfer the water district to the town was expected to pass in February or March. Town Administrator Glenn Cannon has projected the cost to restore water service at $300,000 to $500,000, with a six to 12 month timeline to full capacity.
