Carver Deeds Show 12 Sales, Topped by $950,000 Redtail Lane Property
Carver recorded 12 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Six carry a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $320,000 to $950,000 with a median of $538,000; the other six await pricing data, typical for recently filed deeds. The month's top sale was 8 Redtail Lane at $950,000, sold Aug. 26 to David R. and Terry D. Katz. Half of all recorded transfers involved matching grantor and grantee surnames, suggesting family, trust or estate transactions rather than open-market sales. Aside from the single high-end sale, priced transactions clustered mostly between $475,000 and $575,000.
