Nine Carver Property Transfers Recorded In Late-Summer Deed Filings
Carver recorded nine property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings, but only five listed a sale price. Among those, considerations ranged from $250 to $805, with a median of $500. The top disclosed sale was 16 Pond St. at $805, sold by Stephen M. and Janet M. Buffington to Shawn and Selena Alden. Four transfers, including deals involving trustees, a conservator and an estate representative, carried no disclosed price. Based on the raw count, nine transfers over four weeks reflects a modest, steady pace of recorded activity in town.
