Plymouth County deed records show 13 property transfers in Carver between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only seven carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $165,000 to $950,000 with a median of $575,000. The remaining six were nominal-consideration transfers, each under $10,000, with grantor and grantee sharing a surname, consistent with transfers among family members or into trusts. The month's top sale was 8 Redtail Ln at $950,000, sold by the Vanaria family to David R. and Terry D. Katz. With nearly half of all recorded transfers being non-market trust transfers, the data shows limited activity on the open market this period.
