Carver Home Prices Hold Near $375 Median In Late Summer Sales
Carver recorded 10 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only six carried a sale price so far, ranging from $200 to $560 with a median of $375. The month's top recorded sale was 37 Leonard St. at $560, sold by Elizabeth Princiotta, trustee, and the John E. Bourque Revocable Trust, to Abiann Tucker. Four transfers, including 228 Meadow St. and 17 Shaw St., show sellers and buyers with matching family names, consistent with trust or family transfers, and none of those four has a price on record yet. With prices still pending on nearly half the period's deeds, the data isn't yet complete enough to characterize overall market direction.
