Carver deed filings show mostly trust transfers, few disclosed prices in August
Carver recorded 11 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price: $250, $499 and $500, for a median of $499 among those three. The top disclosed sale was 10 Woodhaven St at $500, sold by Salvatore M. Pergola to Madeline Berio and Devin Lynch. Six of the 11 transfers moved property from individuals to trusts within the same family, including two on Canterbury Path, and two others went to LLC buyers. With most filings lacking a price and dominated by trust and entity transfers rather than open-market sales, the data does not support characterizing August as active or quiet in Carver's housing market.
