YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Carver Cranberry Baseball League, also known as Bog Town Little League, serves players from Pre-K through sixth grade and describes itself as fully volunteer-run. The league's site lists a Middleboro 9u Tournament running all day July 30 through August 2 as its next scheduled event. The league also maintains field-status listings for its home fields, including Carver Elementary School, Carver Fields, Manomet Recreation Area, Wareham Fields, and the Carver High School Field.

The Carver Youth Soccer Association is registering players for its Travel Soccer program, open to grades 3 through 8, with teams organized for grades 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8. Games are scheduled for Saturdays, with make-up games possible during the week, and practices run one or two days a week depending on coaches' preference. The organization also pointed families to its Coaches' Corner and Referee Central resources, including the Genesis Referee Program for youth ages 11-13 and certified US Soccer Referee pathways for those 14 and older.
