Carver's 10U baseball squad heads to Rochester next week as the Cranberry League's summer tournament stretch gets underway.

CARVER -- The Carver Cranberry Baseball League has a pair of travel tournaments on the near horizon for its younger players. The 10U squad is slated to compete in the Rochester Tournament July 16–19, and the 9U squad will follow with the Middleboro Tournament July 30–Aug. 2, according to the league's event calendar.

The Cranberry League, which serves players from Pre-K through sixth grade under the Bog Town Little League banner, is fully volunteer-run. The league plays out of several area fields, including Brewster Fuller Field, Forges Field, and the Keene facility, along with Carver Elementary School and the Carver High School field.

On the soccer side, Carver Youth Soccer reports its 2026 Spring Travel Soccer season is active. The travel program serves grades 3 through 8, with teams organized for grades 3–4, 5–6, and 7–8. Games are scheduled on Saturdays, with mid-week make-up dates possible, and teams practice one or two days per week at coaches' discretion.
