Carver recorded 10 property deed transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records, though only four listed a disclosed sale price. Prices on those four ranged from $480 to $875, with a median of $677. The period's highest disclosed sale was 7 Green St at $875, sold by JTAYLOR LLC to Amanda and James Giles. Five of the ten transfers involved matching family names on both sides of the deed, consistent with trust or estate transfers, and none of those five disclosed a price. No street recorded more than one sale during the period.
