The application, filed under Carver Zoning Bylaw Articles 5-3 and 3-1, seeks a special permit and site plan review for a second light industrial building in the Spring Street Innovation Zoning District. Board Chair recused himself from the vote, turning the proceeding over to the Vice Chair.
