Carver recorded 13 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with seven disclosing a sale price ranging from $480 to $875 and a median of $550. The month's top sale was 7 Green St at $875, sold by JTaylor LLC to Amanda and James Giles. No street recorded more than one sale. Six of the 13 deeds did not disclose a price, and five of those six appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust.
